Excellent Customer Service

I am a professional customer service executive with experience well over four years. I started my career as a call center agent in the outbound section of the call center and later moved to data dispatch , where i was put in charge of not less than 15 DTI installers, collecting their reports daily, and making outbound calls to clients to confirm the services rendered and the satisfaction level. I was later chosen to join the content analyst team (Still in the same company), to sit and analyze contents being aired on the platform.
After sometime I was chosen to be in charge of the new product by the organization, handling the online sales platform and making sure of excellent service delivery, after few months i was given the responsibility of handling alone the latest product which is DTH (Direct To Home) in the whole country, including taking reports form installers all over the country, calling customers and ensuring perfect installation and excellent viewing experience, creating and calculating bonuses for the installers and also in charge of the salaries, etc. All these made me an excellent customer service person, with the ability to hurriedly solve problems and increased my proficiency in Microsoft tools.
