Work Terms
1-Scope of Work:
Includes data analysis, visualization creation, report writing, and other services as specified. Deliverables will be clearly defined at the project's start.
2-Communication:
Updates will be provided regularly via Guru messages . Queries and feedback will typically be responded to within 24 hours.
3-Timeline:
A project timeline with key milestones and deadlines will be established initially. Any changes will be promptly communicated.
4-Confidentiality:
All data and project-related information will be treated as confidential. A confidentiality agreement can be signed if needed.

5-ayment Terms:
Payment terms (hourly rate, fixed price, or milestone-based) will be agreed upon before the project begins. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance.
6-Revisions:
Up to two revisions are included to ensure satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7-Data Ownership:
The client retains full ownership of all data and deliverables. Anonymized data may be used for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
8-Cancellation Policy:
Either party may terminate the contract with 7 days' notice. The client will be billed for completed work up to the termination date.
9-Technical Support:
Post-delivery support is available for 30 days to address any issues or questions.
10-Quality Assurance:
Work is performed with high standards of quality and professionalism. Any post-delivery issues will be corrected promptly and at no extra cost.
