Work Terms
Hours of Operation: I am available Monday to Sunday, 24/7. I strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during my working hours. If you have any urgent requests or need to discuss project details outside of these hours, please let me know in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate.
Payment Terms: My standard hourly rate is $5, but I also offer fixed pricing for specific projects. For example, logo design typically starts at $25, while data entry projects are priced based on scope and complexity. I accept payments via Guru’s secure platform, PayPal, or bank transfers. For larger projects, I prefer milestone payments: 30% upfront and 70% upon completion. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Preferred Communication Style: I prefer communication through Guru’s messaging system for ease and documentation. Email is also acceptable for detailed discussions. I check messages daily and will respond within 24 hours. For complex projects, I am open to scheduling video calls to ensure clarity and alignment.
