Work Terms

1. Payment Terms:
- Payment Method: Payments accepted via Bank Transfer.
- Deposit: A 3% non-refundable deposit is required upfront before project commencement.
- Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments will be divided into milestones, with each milestone requiring
approval before proceeding to the next phase.
- Final Payment: The final payment is due upon completion and delivery of the project files or assets.
- Late Payments: A 10 day grace period for late payments. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee.

2. Hours of Operation:
- Work Hours: I typically work from 10pm to 3am, (GMT+5), Monday to Saturday.
- Availability: I am available for communication and updates during regular working hours. Emails and messages received
outside of these hours will be responded to promptly the next working day.
- Weekend Work: While I generally do not work on weekends, exceptions can be made for urgent projects or specific
arrangements made in advance.

3. Communication:
- Preferred Communication Channels: Communication primarily through (ahmedkhanlodhi95@gmail.com)
- Response Time: I aim to respond to emails within 1 hour.

4. Revisions:
- Number of Revisions: 3
- Scope Changes: Additional work or revisions outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges.

5. Project Delivery:
- Project Completion Timeframe: The estimated delivery time for projects is depend on project milestones
