Hours of Operation: Linetech Digital operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+5), ensuring prompt assistance during regular business hours to clients in over 15 countries worldwide.
Communication Channels: We prefer phone calls, and video conferences for transparent communication. Project progress is tracked via Asana or Trello, with regular updates provided to clients every two business days.
Payment Terms: Flexible terms include an initial deposit of 30% of the project cost, milestone payments of 30% upon reaching key project milestones, and the final payment of 40% upon project completion. This payment structure has been successfully implemented in over 50 projects with a client satisfaction rate of 98%.
Project Timeline: On average, projects are completed within 8 to 12 weeks, depending on complexity, with 95% of projects delivered on time.
