Seeking a career that will enable me to utilize my outstanding customer service experience in a challenging environment.

Hello,

I have recently moved to Zambia from Canada to start a new chapter in life. Some people would think that I am crazy to leave the comforts of home and start from scratch but I have always maintained that it is better to be a leader than a follower.

In regards to my employment experience, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills by working with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, focusing primarily on customer satisfaction in all positions. Throughout my career, I have maintained a positive rapport with clients and continue to uphold a mature and professional manner when receiving or responding to customer inquiries and complaints. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction, thereby generating clientele, I have also established the aptitude to meet organizational demands and objectives. My past employment experience at the University of Toronto, where I worked for over 15 years, required me to implement skills such as, exercising sound judgment, tact and diplomacy while displaying patience in a customer service setting.

I am a fast learner and can adapt to a new working environment quickly. My broad range of experiences has allowed to me develop the ability to work in a team environment as well as working independently when required. I am also proficient in organizing and prioritizing duties and meeting deadlines. During the time that I have been working for the University of Toronto, I have shown initiative, creativity in problem solving and a commitment to meeting the needs of students, staff and faculty. I will do the same if I am successful in attaining a position with your company.
