Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager
Seeking a challenging position where my skills, academic background and current job experience can be used effectively & a challenging position in the field of Product Marketing
My Main scope;
Manage existing products, life cycle management, and packaging.
Apply brand guidelines for communication, packaging, etc.
Manage existing collections in conjunction with the Product Manager, subsequent to the analysis of sales and profitability.
Develop and execute a plan for portfolio maintenance (i.e. SKU rationalization) on a regular basis.
Develop in collaboration with the Communication Manager and the Trade Marketing Manager the global regional launch pack related to new products using the appropriate marketing or communication tools. (i.e.: Selling story, goodies, brochure, catalogue, video, or merchandising concepts with POS, Press pack, regional communication campaign…), drive and supervise roll-out in the region.
Train and communicate with the local teams on core features of the products to highlight strategic advantages towards competitors.
Identify and develop best practice initiatives across the region and ensure that they are communicated effectively. Privilege the 360 approach to ensure the ROI of marketing investments.
Understanding Markets
Develop Key insights and drive market strategy for the assigned categories as part of key responsibility.
Analyze market trends, understand consumer requirements, anticipate threats and recommend response to competitive activity.
Go for regular market visits to get insights and inputs from local teams (sales and marketing) and customers to support new product development initiatives.
Monitor sales performances by product range and by country to identify sales opportunities or threats.
Work closely with the area Marketing Managers to ensure local marketing support plans.
Work Terms
Starting from the approval of the proposal, within 2-3 days the migration to Office365 will be completed
