Work Terms
**Availability:**
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Your Time Zone)
- Weekend availability by prior arrangement
**Communication:**
- Preferred methods: Guru.com messaging, email, and Zoom
- Response time: Within 24 hours
**Payment Terms:**
- Projects up to $500: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
- Projects over $500: 30% upfront, 40% at mid-project review, 30% upon completion
- Hourly projects: Weekly invoicing based on hours worked
**Project Workflow:**
1. **Initial Consultation:** Discuss project scope, requirements, and timelines.
2. **Proposal & Agreement:** Provide a detailed proposal and agree on terms.
3. **Design Phase:** Create initial designs and submit them for review.
4. **Revisions:** Make necessary revisions based on feedback.
5. **Final Delivery:** Provide final deliverables in agreed formats (e.g., CAD files, 3D models).
**Revisions:**
- Up to 3 rounds of revisions included in the initial quote.
- Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate.
**Confidentiality:**
- All project details and client information are kept strictly confidential.
- Willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) if required.
**Deliverables:**
- High-quality, detailed architectural drawings and models
- Formats: AutoCAD, PDF, JPEG, or as per client's requirements
