I am an accomplished executive assistant and office manager with a proven track record in managing complex office operations and providing high-level administrative support. Currently, I serve as the CEO Executive Assistant and Office Manager at MotorK Italia Srl in Milan. In this role, I oversee office support staff, manage facilities and resources across multiple countries, and ensure seamless operations through effective procedures and workflows. I liaise with various departments and external stakeholders, handle confidential information, and organize travel and logistics for executives.

Before joining MotorK, I worked in a startup in Rome where I provided comprehensive support to the management team, focusing on project management and coordination of corporate meetings and events.

My journey began as an Assistant Event Manager at Sofitel London St James and later as an Assistant Store Manager at Celio Italy in Rome, where I honed my skills in team management, logistics, and customer service. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistic and Intercultural Mediation from Università degli Studi di Roma "La Sapienza."

I am fluent in Italian, English, French, and Spanish, and a base knowledge of Arabic. My skills include teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, a service-focused approach, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent time management. I am dedicated to optimizing office management processes, enhancing productivity, and fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, lead teams, and deliver exceptional administrative support, making me an invaluable asset to any organization. Outside of work, I am passionate about discovering the world, cooking, boxing, and cycling.
