Work Terms
The work schedule is set for 8 hours a day, offering flexibility in how those hours are spread throughout the day. The hours do not need to be continuous as long as the tasks and deadlines are completed effectively. This approach ensures a balance between productivity and personal flexibility. Client meetings will be scheduled at their preferred times or whenever they feel it is necessary. Additionally, end-of-week meetings are encouraged, where we can review progress, identify any challenges, and apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to ensure continuous improvement and optimal results.
In terms of payment, the agreement is structured on a bi-weekly basis. Payments will be processed every two weeks through Wise Transfer, providing a secure and efficient method for both parties. This allows for timely payments and financial transparency.
For communication, we prioritize clear, professional, and concise exchanges. Messaging platforms and project management tools (such as Slack, Asana, or Trello) will be the primary means of communication, allowing for organized tracking of tasks, feedback, and project updates. Responses to messages will typically be expected within 24 hours during business hours. For regular check-ins and updates, video calls through platforms like Zoom or Google Meet are preferred. After meetings, written summaries will be provided to ensure clarity and proper documentation of discussions. In the event of urgent matters, instant messaging can be used, with an expectation of a response during standard working hours. This communication style fosters a collaborative, efficient, and transparent working relationship, ensuring that both parties are always aligned on objectives and progress.
