Effective and Efficient!
Hey there!
I have 7.5 years of experience in the customer service field, four of them were invested as an actual CSR, during which my main area of expertise was dental insurance verification and member's claims handling, however I got quickly acquainted with translation services as well, as this was our sister line of business. My continuous improvement and success in these positions saw me being promoted to a Quality Analyst position for the same lines of business.
While working as a Quality Analyst I was able to acquire a diverse skill set, including excellent time management in order to meet deadlines for reporting, data analysis and effective presentation, training material creation and delivery, time-bound, results oriented action plan creation, and others. At the same time, these skills helped me becoming our team leader and exercise as a reliable Backup Supervisor.
I'm currently in the process of learning Japanese, and recently achieved the basic level certification during last year's worldwide Japanese Language Proficiency Test. I'm also an Animation and Game Dev student. I enjoy traveling, photography, learning new languages and meeting new people all over the world (I have been to six different countries during the past year and have lived in Japan for a total of five months).
I would be pleased to take over a Virtual Assistant or Customer Service Representative position, though I'm also a seasoned freelance editor and translator for both English and Spanish.
