I am an expert molds, dies, tools and machine designer. I am working mainly on Creo and Catia, can work on other CAD tools like Solid Work, Solid Edge, ArtCAM, MasterCAM, NX, Geomagic, ZW3D, Autodesk Inventor, MS Visio, MS Project too. I have expert command on surface and solid modeling, reverse engineering, progressive and compound dies designing, 2D to 3D conversion and analysis like structural, mold flow and motion.
My strength is my knowledge of manufacturing/production operations. As it multiplies my engineering abilities. As I know about almost all mechanical production processes, I am able to design an excellent and manufacture-able product. I have excellent command on DFM (design for manufacture).
