I'm confident in my ability to make anything I put my mind to success. I work quickly, positively,and efficiently because I love what I do. I been working for 2yrs and 8month as customer service representative- Telco company in U.S. I experiencing dealing with the customer that is worried,irate,upset. I was experienced receiving a phone calls for inquiries,for billing,products,troubleshooting. I finish a training for course of call center agents last 2015. I can type fast as well and on my free time I always manage my emails,social media's account.
