With over 9 years of experience in mentoring and consulting for small businesses and entrepreneurs, and as an entrepreneur myself, I understand the challenges you face when trying to scale your business.

With my personalized approach and extensive knowledge of the needs of small businesses, I will guide and support you towards achieving your goals through personalized strategies.

Coming from the Hospitality area, personalized attention and customer service are my top priorities.

I am an empathetic person and I want to live in a better society. I believe in the simplicity of things, but I know that it takes a lot of effort to achieve it, and having someone to lead you makes it much easier.

I have always wanted to be able to help others to develop and showcase their skills and abilities.

We all need guidance at some point in our lives.

It’s common for people to feel fear when it comes to making decisions, creating strategies, and facing the unknown. That’s why having a mentor can be so valuable!

I’ve had the opportunity to experience working and living abroad in different countries with diverse cultures and support people with different projects, from tourism experiences in Scotland and Africa to vacation tourism in Portugal, as well as health & beauty services and products (Spain, Honduras), education (languages and publishing in Russia and Nigeria), kitchenware manufacturing (India), and agricultural and agri-food projects. I’ve also worked in other countries such as the Dominican Republic, Papua New Guinea, Cameroon, Chile, among others.

Since 2021, I have also observed a need where I live, in Mallorca. In the countryside and rural local projects, there is a reactivation and an increase in interest in the primary sector as well as in the circular economy, local product or km0, without discounting innovation and research in a sustainable way. This includes feeding and caring for animals.

However, despite financial aid and having specific training, this support is not offered during the different stages of growth.

So I have decided to offer my services also to the primary sector, in which I have knowledge and experience.
In addition, thanks to my previous work experiences, I have had the opportunity to learn about the functioning of institutions that support entrepreneurship, both public (local, regional, state and European) and private entities and agents (from financing to collaboration for project execution).

With mentoring processes I have been able to work from several angles: acting as a mentor and mentoring manager hand in hand with YBS-YBI. As well as, I have participated in competitions and business accelerators for the development of projects with group mentoring, in national competitions.
