Self motivated individual with 3+ years administrative assistant experience in diverse office environments. Proficient in a number of related tasks; providing administrative support to executives, performing office and clerical duties, and complete various critical projects within set deadlines. Areas of expertise include Microsoft Office Suite, Research, Data Entry, and Copy Typing. Additionally, I have experience in running background checks, creating check requests (Petty Cash), prepare invoices, and perform reconciliations.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation are between the time 9:00am through 5:00pm. I Am whiling to work One-Time Projects and Short-Term Employment (1 to 3 Month Contract). Details of work terms can be found below.
One-Time Projects:
- Project Budget: Minimum of $50
- Payment terms: Milestone
- Hours of Operation: N/A (Determined by project deadline)

Short-Term Employment:
- Project Budget: Minimum of $250/Week
- Payment terms: Payment every week until end of contract
- Hours of Operation: Will be determined in contract
