Adaptable, Experienced Creative & Professional Writer
I have always been a voracious reader and an avid writer, and my career path has allowed me to improve and develop my skills across a variety of fields from academic writing, ghost writing, drafting professional texts, to creative documents and more.
I am an adaptable writer in terms of the style and content of documents I edit, develop, and draft. I am able to summarize large texts (on topics from law and sustainable development to international organizational hierarchy and educational publishing) into concise overviews, as well as expand short texts into lengthy analyses.
I have had years of experience working in the field of educational publishing as well as serving as the executive assistant of the C.E.O. of a manifold-goal company during which I have honed my ability and identity as a writer to be ever-more versatile, expressive, and refined.
Through periodic freelance copy-writing and ghost-writing assignments over the past year, I continue to broaden my experience and aptitude in different techniques and forms of writing.
In my leisure time, I enjoy writing short stories in the horror genre. A poem of mine was published through a competition offered by Writer's Digest in 2009.
Work Terms
I aim to be as service-oriented in my business endeavors as possible, and set out to accommodate the requests of employers and clients wherever feasible (i.e. hours, time-sensitive assignments, specific tone/style/formatting requirements).
I prefer to maintain open communication for the duration of a project to ensure swift delivery of an ideal product in accordance to the employer's specifications.
I prefer to work with guidelines that are as explicit as possible, but I am also comfortable working from less detailed outlines or suggestions to produce open-ended drafts that can be developed further.
