I've been in the BPO industry for almost six years now. With a strong background in customer service, I've been assigned as an email support agent, a live chat agent, and a phone support specialist. Showcasing good verbal and written communication skills helps me identify issues and find effective solutions while providing a positive customer experience. Being in this industry gave me the opportunity to hone my skills in providing exceptional customer service, which led to my current position as an incident management analyst at my current company.
