Since becoming a full-time virtual assistant in January of 2015, I’ve strengthened my interpersonal skills through continuous interaction with clients via email and video conferencing. My strong organizational skills have allowed me to assist a number of clients in maintaining their company databases, emails, and project management tasks, among other things.
My creative passion and eye for detail has also made me better able to take on projects involving desktop publishing and creative writing. I’ve written articles for a number of blogs and websites, both creative and commercial.
With a typing speed averaging at 90 wpm, I’ve proven to be an efficient audio transcriptionist. I’ve worked with various clients in providing transcriptions for vlogs, podcasts, and closed captioning for a variety of televised programs.
I push myself to pay close attention to my clients in order to best understand their needs. Maintaining communication is a strong part of what I do, and I’m never afraid to ask questions when necessary.
I operate in EST. I respond promptly to emails (and Upwork notifications) but evenings are an ideal time to contact me.

Work Terms
My hourly rate is $35/hr. Retainer prices can be discussed.
All transcription tasks are charged per audio hour. My current rate is $60/audio hour.
I prefer to maintain contact through Guru; email is acceptable upon hire, if the client is more comfortable.
