Experienced Construction Project Manager
I have a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying) and 10 years experience in the construction industry including 5 years project management experience.
Having worked both as a client side and contractor's project manager I have successfully delivered end-to-end construction projects including residential new builds & renovations, commercial interior fit-out, earthquake repair & strengthening, infrastructure and civil works up to $10m.
My strengths include contract management & administration, procurement, tendering & tender evaluation, planning & scheduling, take-off and bill of quantities.
I am a native English speaker with excellent communications skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Work Terms
Able to work 3-4 hours per day on weekdays and 8-12 hours per day during the weekend.
