Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

We usually work in Indian Time Zone. From 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST. However, according to the client requirements we will change our working hours to create comfort to our clients.

Payments Terms:

All payment transactions should be done via Guru Safepay Escrow only. Usually, the agreed project fee should be funded to guru safe pay at the beginning of the project and released for our withdrawal upon completion of the project. However, according to the client flexibility we will accept payments.

Communication Style:

We prefer Guru Message Board, Skype, Gtalk, Mobile, Email mediums to communicate with clients.

Accountability: Project Manager

For client communication and project updates, we will allot a dedicated project manager for all our clients.
