Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

I am available to work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT). I strive to be responsive during these hours and will address your queries or project-related needs as soon as possible. While I am based in India, I’m flexible and can accommodate different time zones to ensure timely communication and project progress.

Payment Terms:

Upfront Payment: A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project. This ensures commitment from both parties and allows me to allocate the necessary resources.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, after client review and approval. If any revisions are needed, they will be completed prior to final payment.
Hourly Projects: For ongoing or hourly projects, I will send weekly or bi-weekly invoices depending on the scope of the work. Payment is expected within 2 days of receiving the invoice.
Accepted Payment Methods: I accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or through Guru's payment platform.
Preferred Communication Style:

Clear and consistent communication is key to any successful project. I prefer the following channels for communication:

Email: For more formal communication, project briefs, or important updates.
Guru Messaging: For project-related discussions and quick clarifications.
Slack: For real-time collaboration and ongoing communication if you're comfortable with it.
Video Calls: I’m open to video calls via Zoom or Skype if you prefer face-to-face meetings for project discussions, reviews, or troubleshooting.
Project Updates: I’ll keep you updated on the progress of your project, providing regular reports and seeking feedback as necessary to ensure we’re on the right track.
Revisions & Deadlines:

Revisions: I offer unlimited rounds of revisions for any custom WordPress development project. Any major changes outside the scope will be discussed and billed accordingly.
