Work Terms

1. Project Scope & Requirements
A clear project brief and requirements document must be provided before starting.
Any additional features or changes beyond the agreed scope will be considered new work and may require a separate quote.
2. Payment Terms
Payments are processed via milestone-based invoicing or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion (for smaller projects).
For long-term or hourly projects, payments will be made weekly/monthly based on agreed terms.
Work begins only after initial payment confirmation.
3. Communication & Availability
I am available for communication via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Zoom (as per mutual convenience).
Response time is typically within 24 hours on business days.
Regular project updates will be provided as per the agreed timeline.
4. Revisions & Modifications
Minor revisions (UI tweaks, text changes, bug fixes) are included within the project scope.
Major revisions (feature additions, structural changes) will be charged separately.
Any revisions must be requested within 7 days of project delivery.
5. Delivery Timeline
Project deadlines are set based on mutual discussion.
Delays caused due to client response time, scope changes, or third-party dependencies will extend the timeline.
6. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, the final product (code, design, or digital assets) becomes the client’s property.
I reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio.
7. Support & Maintenance
Free support for 7-14 days post-project completion (bug fixes only).
Extended support, updates, and maintenance plans can be arranged at an additional cost.
8. Confidentiality
Client data and project details remain strictly confidential.
NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) can be signed upon request.
