1. Communication

Preferred contact methods: Email, WhatsApp, or scheduled calls.

Regular updates will be provided throughout the project.


2. Project Scope & Revisions

A detailed project brief is required before starting.

Minor revisions are included (specific number varies by project).

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.


3. Payment Terms

Payment is structured as follows:

50% upfront before starting the project.

50% upon completion and approval.


For larger projects, milestone-based payments can be arranged.


4. Turnaround Time

Project timelines depend on complexity and will be discussed before starting.

Rush projects may be accommodated with an additional fee.


5. File Delivery

Final designs will be delivered in the required formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, PSD, AI, or Web files).

Website projects will be handed over with full access details after the final payment.


6. Ownership & Copyright

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the final design.

I reserve the right to showcase work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.


7. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be kept confidential.
