For the last 5 years, I have been working as a Project Management officer for a company of National Institute of Design. As Project Officer, I assisted the PMO in the management of strategic projects. I have total experience 9 years.



This included schedule management, documentation, and development of project logic, communication with partners and stakeholders and implementation.

Co-managed and coordinated a $2.5 Million research program.

Coordinated a major review of our external Grants program and associated contracts.

Engaged partners and stakeholder groups to achieve project objectives.

Researched, analyzed and proposed solutions to project issues.

Measured and reported progress and took corrective action as appropriate.

Presented findings and progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Created complex Visio flowcharts to document and simplify processes.
