Work Terms
I need a complete written Job Description of the profile on which the employer wants me to work on. The right candidates will be sent with my reference. If any of the candidate gets selected, I need just 80% of the monthly salary of the person.
Before starting the work, I need a confirmation mail from the HR of the company with an agreement to the terms and conditions (so that no fraud can be done from the company's end or even from my end). The revenue has to raised after 60 days from the date of joining.
