Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Availability: I am available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (EST).
Response Time: I will respond to emails or messages within 24 hours during business days.
Time Zone: My time zone is Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Payment Terms:
Rates: My hourly rate is $10, or I can work on a project basis at $200 per project.
Billing Cycle: I will invoice clients on a bi-weekly basis.
Payment Due Date: Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Late Fees: A late fee of 5% will be added to invoices not paid within 30 days.

Preferred Communication Lines:
Primary Communication: mail, Slack and Microsoft Teams are my preferred platforms for communication.
Alternative Communication: For urgent matters, I am available via phone or WhatsApp.
Meeting Scheduling: Meetings can be scheduled through Calendly or Google Calender.
Communication Hours: Preferred hours for communication align with my hours of operation, 9 AM to 5 PM (EST).

Additional Considerations:
Confidentiality: I assure clients that all information will be kept confidential and I adhere to strict data security measures.
Project Management Tools: I prefer using Trello or Asana for task management and project tracking.
Contract Agreement: A signed contract outlining all terms is required before commencing work.
Termination Notice: A two-week notice is required for either party to terminate the working relationship.
