Work Terms

In a fixed project the payment does not depend on the resources or the time spent. It involves setting a fixed price for the product or service.
In T&M projects, the payment is not fixed. We take payment on every milestone achievement, the number of milestones decided based on the requirement of the project. Generally, our billing rate is 15-20$/hour/resource. Basically, it is based on the criticality and technological stack of the project. Although, this can be discussed more after gathering the requirement.
We work 5 days in a week & 8 hours in a day
