I am very familiar with the work for the international organizations, since 2014 I had cooperated in customer service delivery in both organizations I worked for. I believe that my strong educational background and extensive experience in the administration and customer service delivery make me an appropriate candidate for the advertised position. I have been working as a front and back office assistant in the British Council Egypt for 2 years. I strongly believe I can perform well all the delegated duties and tasks. As the greatest success in this position, I would like to point out that I had worked in an international customer service account for 2 years dealing with Irish Customers for 8 hours daily over the phone and currently I am working in the British Council.On the previous posts, I have been always receiving excellent feedback from my employers, which proves my strong commitment to perform my responsibilities in a professional and effective manner. I like to work in a team, but I am also comfortable working on my own and make decisions. Furthermore, working in those two positions has enriched my experience in different fields finance , administrative , very good communication skills as I am dealing with people every day from different cultures, time management as every minute in our job matters and how to finalize every task in the required time, active listening, work in any department and learn shortly, patience and thinking out of the box when it is required. Thanks to my wide experience I can easily acquire new skills required for this post.
