Digital Marketing Analyst and Strategist

As Digital Strategist, I will be analysing businesses digital gaps and recommending a bulletproof digital strategy that will boost their digital presence. I will be managing the implementation of the digital strategy and testing plans through research and data-driven strategic thinking. The digital strategy encompasses using all the powerful digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and being able to navigate all major analytics platforms to pull out the insights needed to problem-solve client objectives.

After finishing my PhD in Physics and due to lack of research funding from my university, I reskilled myself to become a computer network engineer and I worked for the NHS. Then I decided to switch to teaching where I carried on for 17 years.

Last year, I thought about starting my own online business. After doing my research, I realised that affiliate marketing would be my best option. However, after spending a long time looking for my starting point, I found out that you need to be aware of a lot of technical knowledge and at the core is the digital marketing field with all its complexity. I started an advanced level digital media course in June with Udacity which I have nearly finished, and I plan to deepen my understanding of the field by doing more courses.

With many years of practical experience, I have learnt to be a dynamic person who is able to quickly adapt to changes. I have also acquired leadership and excellent communication skills. I am an autonomous person as well as a strong team player. I am bilingual (Arabic and English). I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. I can set goals and work hard to achieve them to advance my lifestyle. In conclusion, I am an ambitious person who is willing to accept new challenges out of my comfort zone.

I like walking, reading, playing badminton, swimming and spending time with my family.
