Design Build and Construction Management; specialised in value engineering

I moved to tri-state area in 1995.Before that i worked in the Design Build field in South of France. Since 1996 I have worked in the residential tri-state Design and Build field where he manages a portfolio of over 300 projects, yearly averaging a turnover valued between $1.5 and $2 million.
