• Preparing Monthly Income & Expenditure Statements in Tally
• Reconciling monthly bank statements in Tally
• Preparing Monthly Financial statements in Tally
• Maintaining Employees Pay structure, Pay slips, TDS, Attendance & Leave registers, PF registers, personal records, etc.,
• Preparing Invoices and follow-ups payment from customers
• E-filing of Sales Tax returns, Central Excise Returns & GST Returns
• Maintaining good filing system
• Maintaining Petty cash
• Preparing Purchase order to Suppliers (Import & Domestic), co-ordinate with suppliers for delivery.
• Other accounts & admin related works
