Let's turn your app idea into a reality!
The first website I built in 6th grade featured all the latest technologies available on GeoCities at the time, including moving backgrounds and spectacular flashing fonts. My love for computers and technology only grew from there. I spent several years touring the U.S. and Japan as a professional musician, all the while maintaining my band’s online presence by building websites, creating social media campaigns, and leveraging 3rd party software to manage analytics. This journey led me to programming mobile apps. After teaching myself Objective-C, I put 6 apps in the app store. I desired a more formal education on the topic, so I went to The Flatiron School and graduated the intensive bootcamp after 3 months. This led to a full-time iOS developer position in NYC at Intrepid Pursuits. While at Intrepid, I had the opportunity to work on apps for several national brands and work along developers with many years experience. Since then, I've put 5 more apps in the app store, released a piece of commercial software using Python and JavaScript, began freelancing for iOS clients, and have been working on other personal iOS projects.
Work Terms
I'm flexible on work terms. Currently, I set an hourly rate and estimate how long your project will take. This is because the fluid and ever-changing nature of programming projects and goals. This usually works out best for the client and myself. I am open to fixed fee projects though I prefer the flexible, hourly approach.
