I have experience working in 3PL logistics and operations. I have worked with a portfolio of international logistics enterprises, allowing me to gain a high level of knowledge in the supply chain manufacturing process in the automotive area. With 10 years of experience, I am a logistics specialist focused on being a trusted advisor for my clients to achieve the best results and maximize efficiency eliminating excess costs. With my customer service skills, I can solve problems in the most effective way relying on clear communication, hearing, and listening competence to offer the clients the best unfolding results. Speaking English, Spanish and French; I worked in an international logistics firm in New York City as head of the sales and operations department.

I have worked with international clients across borders in México, the United States, Canada and clients in Europe and Asia. I am an expert in providing clients with new ideas leading the development of best practices for planning in logistics systems. Over a decade I have gained experience in the automotive area conveying improvement strategies undertaking short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs with a successful young career. I have worked out the logistics and impact with impressive strategic decisions for the North American operations for General Motors Company (GMC), one of the most important worldwide automotive companies.

I have always had a passion for logistics because is never boring. In terms of my education, I hold a bachelor’s degree in International Business with a Certification in Legal Sciences in the area of International Law, from the Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). I also earned a Master’s degree in Administration and Finance Management from Universidad de Nuevo Leon.
