I started my career as a Nurse at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center 7 years ago, for one year. Eventually, I have moved my talents and shifted my career as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Specialist (Chat | Phone). I enjoyed working years with Convergys Corporation (Top BPO here in the Philippines) for four years since they had given many opportunities for me to grow not just as a regular employee but a leader. I had been assigned to different departments (Technical Support and Sales Department), which broaden work experience as Customer Service Representative and had sharpened, honed my skills in handling customers professionally, appropriately without compromising the integrity.
In the year 2015, I brought my talent as a Customer Care Specialist at Dreamscape Networks (Top Online Solutions Provider). As a newly hired employee in the company, I am proud to say that I was awarded as Top Agent for the month for February 2016 and eventually transferred as a Social Media Support Specialist.
In a few months later, I decided to turn up a notch a bit and moved my talents to Magicdust (Web design company) as a Website Support Specialist.
