Work Terms
My preferred communication channel is through the PMB (project message board). I like to keep the entire conversation on record at one place. Where I ask questions regarding the project before hand in order to avoid any confusions later on.
For pricing I prefer fixed rate offers broken down into multiple milestones. This builds trust for both the client and the freelancer. Furthermore, it allows to make amendments at the earliest stage rather than after the whole project has been delivered.
