During the last 10 years I've been passionate about psychology and the workforce. I've helped companies structure their Human Resources Department so that they are able to better manage their employees and improve their performance while not breaking the bank. My purpose is to help you structure the entire Human Resources department or just aspects of it by strengthening the bond between your company and its employees by solidifying company culture, improving on-boarding and training, and in turn increasing company identity throughout the organization. My approach will improve productivity and reduce turnover, directly improving margins.
I can help you by setting up a base structure that includes job applications, new hire forms, vacation tracking systems, disciplinary action format and so forth.
