I have been working as a Recruitment Manager for more than five years for a corporation which operates as hiring partner for cruise line companies in 14 different countries in Europe.
Throughout my current and previous work experience I have learnt how to deal with diverse tasks, to focus on priorities, to be flexible and constantly responsible regarding the quality and timely completion of my work related duties. I am well organized, well prepared to manage busy work load, excellent coordinator, communicator and collaborator. Being a self-directed person, I have always known where I start and where I want to end, taking full responsibility of my actions.
My work and education experience has always involved various tasks in international work environments, with many international opportunities, cultural enrichment and possibility to interact with colleagues from very diverse backgrounds. Team working has always been an integral part of my job and I can proudly say that I have grown to be a versatile team player, always looking for the benefit of the whole and the collective results.
