My name is Alena and I enjoy supporting the work of others.
I have been working as an assistant for the past six and half years with one year working as a virtual assistant for the Chief of Staff to the CEO of a publicly traded company where I learnt the pros and cons of working remotely from my manager. It was a great experience which I would like to extend supporting others now.
My daily task varied greatly and my main responsibilities were for example calendar management, event and travel planning, invoice processing, document preparation, transcription, meeting minutes taking, researching and implementing systems to improve work performance etc.
