Matt continues to provide top notch programming on a complex project with accurate and complete work. In addition, he has a rather rare skill most programmers lack: the ability to document his code so that it is easy to figure out what was done, how and why. He follows proper coding techniques so that what he produces is excellent code, easy to follow, and appropriately implemented.

Highly skilled, knowledgeable across many domains in PHP, mySQL, data entry systems, displaying results, open source, AJAX. He is aware of best coding practices, documenting work, working within existing systems, asking for feedback when it is required for clarification. I especially enjoy working with him in that I don't have to explain every little detail, he knows what is practical and usable and is able to produce according to the specifications. I've contracted with many others through Guru, but he is the first I would unequivocally, highly recommend.
