My name is Thea, your average freelancer.
I’ve worked as a Freelancer for over 5 years and have various experiences with different tasks. I tried my best to teach myself most of the essentials needed to be one at an early age since- to be honest, I wasn't really what you would say a "bookworm" o an "eager beaver"- my college years. I felt I wasn't doing well enough with the current skills I had so I tried my best to learn new ones.
I have an arduous affinity for learning and challenging myself with unusual things. Maybe it doesn't strike special on any employers' criteria, but all of us had to start pushing ourselves out there to be good at where we are, right? And now, I have a bit of knowledge for teaching ESL, photo enhancements, video, and audio production/ editing, scriptwriting (not to mention a little bit of creative and research writing). For the intangible skills that come with being a working adult, I learned that doing what is best and striving for the best will end up to more than we could hope for.
Never let anyone mark you into something that could limit your potential. Especially if society expects it. Break the barrier. Jump into the void. Fly.
Work Terms
I prefer communicating with my clients briefly yet straight to the point- whether through Skype, email, or any platform that makes them more comfortable. I am active from 9 AM to 5 PM (PHT) and use Paypal as a means of monetary transaction.
