Bilingual Italian/English with strong admin experience

I already have a full-time job, but I still have time outside of working hours to help you out. I have an insane amount of experience, I know how a manager thinks so I won't disappoint you, plus I'm quite cheap... so I'm basically your unicorn. ;)
[In detail]
I have been working in the IT industry for more than 15 years, but I love to do side gigs because I strongly believe that all experiences are key to success.
So far I have been working as admin, graphic designer, customer service specialist and IT technician, but I have also occasionally maintained WP-based blogs, been engaged in translations, proofreading and voice-over in English and Italian (I'm native Italian and C2-level English), plus I've created many websites in PHP and I'm currently maintaining several Linux- and Windows-based servers throughout their complete lifecycle.
I'm new to Upwork and I would like to start with admin jobs such as data entry, and small translations, but I'm really open to anything.

• LAN & WAN (ex-CCNA, studied for CCNP R&S, ex-JNCIA)
• IT Service Management (ITIL) and Project Management (CAPM)
• Customer Support, both as individual and manager
• Remedy, Service Now, Siebel - and once I've created my own ticketing system
• 1st and 2nd level management up to 40 FTE, also in Virtual Teams
• Process re-engineering and service improvement (Six Sigma Green Belt)
Work Terms
I can work only outside of office hours. I am ok with any form of communication you prefer, as long as we schedule it in advance. For the moment I would prefer time-bound one-time jobs to recurring engagements, but I'm really open to opportunities.
