Being exposed to Sales and Marketing since 2013 for various real estate companies, I have developed communication skills that cultivate strong social connections with clients. I have been engaged in multiple marketing initiatives such as project launches, groundbreaking and turnover ceremonies, social media marketing campaign implementation, promotions and activities that boost brand recall, foot traffic, and sales closing in site offices.
I handled sales networks and assist them with their requirements just to make sure they are able to meet their target consistently. I also conducted both general and in-depth site-specific Product Knowledge Seminars (PKS) and site orientations for new networks that include company overview, product knowledge, sales process flow, administrative policies, and sample computations.
I took charge of project inventories, database entry and update, market competition research, pricing, and promo schemes. Given my skill set and experiences, it can be said that I am able to multi-task in order to meet the deadlines set by the client to effectively meet all marketing and business goals.
I am equipped with training and a whole lot of experience in handling Brand Marketing to attain certain goals and quotas. I have always been the expressive type of marketer because I always make sure I pour my mind and heart into the work I do. My warm personality reflects in everything that I do.
