I am responsible to manage the creative department. Brainstorm with the buying head and all the buyers before the season start. Make the market research in the different part of the word and also make an online research to come out with the forecast to incorporate to the mood board. Once the mood board is done I will ask all the designers to make a CAD designs and present it to me, before presenting to the head of the buying team. I am also creating a CAD design for Baby and Toddler size range at the same time managing the team.
