My career started when I first worked for BPO companies as customer support agent here in The Philippines. I worked for years, then I shifted to BPS and worked for different mortgage companies as contractor. I contributed by determining and compiling Tax information of Real property on the record most especially hard ones that needs to be gathered and reviewed immediately. This job made me familiar with how taxes for Real estate properties are obtained and verified.

I also worked as Analyst for a Clearinghouse company which gave me experience on handling documents(Remittance/Claims). I contributed by giving needed support to counterparts(Onshore Analysts) especially by reviewing documents and distinguishing erroneous and missing information from completed ones and put a status for the other Analysts to know. I also helped on encoding every information required to the system(VMWare/Onbase).

These are just few things I am able to do for the business.
I treat my client's business as my own so I would be able to see how my every move would affect the company's growth.
