One of my career highlights was leading an organization-wide transformation project that implemented Lean Six Sigma methodologies, resulting in operational cost reductions of 15% while enhancing service quality.
I am well-versed in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, having earned my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2009. I have utilized frameworks such as the ADKAR model to drive engagement and adoption across multiple organizations. Work Terms

I prefer online (Teams based) communication for initial project discussions, however once we are agreed on the project requirements, payment terms and duration with a signed agreement I am happy to meet face to face or continue online. During the project implementation I normally like to visit the site where the change will take effect and meet with the people concerned or affected by the change.
In terms of working hours I am flexible to suite the business and project needs, for example I am happy to meet with the night shift when required to coach and/or train the key staff to ensure project success.
Regarding payment for the work done I prefer weekly invoicing for any activity, along with any operational expenses incurred during the project.
