Embrace, encourage, and realize that change will happen. Don't fight it, be it.
I am currently a student at Philadelphia University working towards a degree in Industrial Design and a minor in Business. Prior to studying at PhilaU, I earned my Associates Degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Industrial Design and graduated as a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honors Society.
Before relocating to Philadelphia for school, I was an Industrial Design Intern at Palumbo Associates, an exhibit design firm specializing in designing and constructing trade show exhibits for top corporations, including American Express and Penguin-Random House Publishers. At Palumbo Associates, I helped design exhibits, maintained the showroom of exhibit models, and assisted with producing and transporting exhibits. I also aided in the setup and operation of the 2015 Parkinson’s Unity Walk in New York City - that was an unforgettable experience.
In my free time, I enjoy working on cars and building household items that I design myself. I am especially proud of the center console I designed and built for my Honda Cr-V 5 speed, something that the car was not originally equipped with. Because of my enthusiasm for and experience with cars, my friends consider me a go-to resource for maintaining and fixing their cars.
