Read. Write. Edit. Repeat.
Hello, world. I am Alexandra Bogdanovic. Award-winning author and journalist. Paralegal. Business owner.
Writing is something I have been doing in one way or another for as long as I can remember. I started writing at a daily newspaper as a high school freshman. I continued to do so throughout high school, and completed a one-year internship at the same newspaper as a college student.
As a reporter, I spent more than two decades covering cops and courts at weekly and twice-weekly publications in three states. During that time I won numerous Virginia Press Association awards and one New York Press Association award. I am also the award-winning author of my memoir, "Truth be Told: Adam Becomes Audrey."
In 2014, I decided to "reinvent" myself -- or at least pursue a new career. I subsequently enrolled in a paralegal studies program at Pace University, and earned my Paralegal Certificate in June 2015.
Since launching In Brief Legal Writing Services in September 2015, I have researched and written comprehensive reports on legal topics ranging from Georgia traffic laws to U.S. veterinary discipline, the Michael Vick dog fighting case and educational psychology. I have also provided article/content writing services for law firms in Florida, California, Virginia, Maryland, New York and Australia.
I look forward to working with you, too.
