After obtaining a Mechanical Engineering degree from France, I worked in global organizations that are leaders in energy services and engineering consulting services in France and abroad. My close understanding, experience of and interest in the high-stakes of interactions inside complex organizations and projects, and the way these can condition the success of those, lead me to specialize in mediation. I chose to follow an extensive, course in a highly reputed institution called CNAM in France. I decided this because the mediation activity is professionalizing more and more and mediators need to have a common understanding and ethic to enable a peer-to-peer communication and develop best practices of it even if each person practices with each own uniqueness. Therefore, I apply a methodology based on the respect of a frame of exchange, a posture of listening, independence, neutrality, confidentiality and ethics to assist the parties in conflict.

I live in Paris, France and can operate anywhere either in person or virtually through communicators such as skype or zoom.
