My educational background is in business. I graduated from Saint Mary's University (Halifax, NS) with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance. Upon graduation, I worked in the banking industry for one year but discovered it was not my passion, although I gained valuable skills and experience. While working in the banking industry, I was fortunate to work with small businesses and start ups, providing guidance and solutions to their everyday financial needs. From there I moved into the social services and have been working for a non-profit ever since. I am now in a leadership position sitting on committees and working with partnering agencies to discover the best ways serve the population we work with. I also oversee around 25 staff and their everyday operations.

Work Terms

I am looking for "casual" work in terms of hours (5-10 hours/week). I prefer chatting over email and/or over Guru, however, I am also able to chat over the phone if that is what you prefer.
