With over 10+ years of experience working for different employers, and eventually running my own contact center, I have acquired different levels of skills that help businesses and individuals attain their goals.
I've worked and grown from a mere Customer, Sales & Billing Support Executive to be a team lead, manager, and eventually a trainer, that gave me a birds-eye view of all operations in a contact center. This helped me establish and run my own contact center for over 3 years until Feb 2018 as my contract ended.
My vast experience in contact centers had me work on different campaigns, ranging from mortgage and telecom to SaaS products like ePay and Humanities. I've been hired as a lite bookkeeping VA for local businesses to help them focus on important tasks to grow their market share and revenue.
